OK, the plan is to take some tea & tasty treats to the flat clearers and persuade them to let me poke around the basement before they start clearing it. Fingers crossed!!

- I made this blog to primarilly document my ongoing battle with mysterious rodents living in the walls, which for all I know are invisible, incredibly irritating, giant steel-booted critters.
I haven't seen one (yet!), they don't seem to leave any traceable evidence, and I haven't been able to figure out how they're getting in.
Any advice would be appreciated!
